A friend of mine, Primer Kelvin Ting texted me a few weeks ago on this inspirational poem. I find it meaningful and ultimately spirit-lifting, so i am going to share it here.

人在成长的过程中 In the Journey of Life,
难免遇到挫折 it is inevitable we will face failures.
懂得保护自己 Remember to protect yourself,
也要懂得爱护自己 and also remember to love yourself.
生命的乐章 The Song of your Life,
看自己如何去谱写 depends on how you compose it.

躲避不一定躲得过 Running from problems may not always be possible,
面对不一定最难受 Facing problems may not always be the hardest.
得到不一定能长久 The thing you cherish, may not always be with you,
失去不一定不再有 Losing an opportunity doesn't mean it won't come around again
转身不一定最软弱 Turning around may not always be for the weak.

别急着说别无选择 Do not be quick to conclude that there are no options,
别以为世上只有对与错 Do not think the world is only separated by right and wrong,
许多事情的答案都不只一个 To a lot of things, there's often more than one solution
所以我们永远都有路可走 That's why we always have other paths to take

你能找到理由难过 If you can find reasons to be sad of,
也一定能找到快乐 You can surely find reasons to be glad for.

懂得放心的人找到轻松 Those who trust, find peace.
懂得遗忘的人找到自由 Those who forget, find freedom.
懂得关怀的人找到快乐 Those who love, find happiness
